Transit Damage & Unboxing Protocol

When receiving custom-ordered materials directly from the factory—such as laminates, louvers, and bespoke hardware accessories (e.g., kitchen baskets, tandem boxes)—you must inspect them upon arrival. The faster you inform us of any transit damage, the faster we can coordinate a replacement from the provider.

An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Critical Ordering Notice: Because these items are specifically manufactured for your party and shipped directly from the factory, we cannot accept general returns. Please calculate your bulk requirements cautiously before confirming your order.

Mosaic Tiles Policy

Due to their highly fragile and volatile nature in transit, mosaic tiles are strictly excluded from damage replacements or refunds. We advise all our clients to arrange secure transport and instruct their teams to handle these delicate items with extreme care upon unloading.
